At Needle Artz, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG

If you notice any issue with your package or product, please do not remove the original tag. Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted without the original tag attached.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your return or exchange according to our policy.
